Travel with peace of mind: before your flight
Preparing for your departure: documents to present
As part of the general measures taken by the Government under the State of Health Emergency, each traveller must present declaration of absence of symptoms of Covid-19 at check-in and boarding.
The certificate of travel for compelling reasons is no longer mandatory on the transatlantic network between Paris and the West Indies (Guadeloupe and Martinique) and between Paris and French Guiana in both directions.
However, following the prefectoral decisions dated 30/09/2020the certificate of travel for compelling reasons is mandatory on the regional network (Guadeloupe, Sint-Marteen, and Martinique) :
- between Martinique and Guadeloupe
- towards Guadeloupe
This certificate is still mandatory to travel to French Guiana. It can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of the Interior.
We remind you that it is your sole responsibility to check the exigibility and validity of your documents. If you do not present a mandatory document, you will be refused boarding.
All these measures are likely to evolve according to the health situation.
