Post-flight claims

We do our utmost to ensure that you have a pleasant trip. 
If we have failed to meet your expectations (baggage, flight cancellation or delay, downgrading, etc.), our Customer Relations Department is at your disposal after your flight to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.

 

The advantages:
- It's quick and easy: you file your claim online for any irregularities experienced during your flight.
- You receive instant confirmation that your claim has been registered on our website.
- Your claim is processed more quickly, with confirmation sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), informing you of the admissibility of your claim and the documents required to study your request.
- You will receive a reply from our company within 21 working days of receipt of all the documents requested (remember to check the "junk mail" folder in your mailbox).
Examples of requested documents : Airline ticket or electronic ticket confirmation e-mail (including ticket number) and price paid, boarding passes, baggage tags, airport report, etc.
