What is Cuba’s climate like?

Paragraphes test 1

On the island of Cuba, the subtropical climate divides the year into two seasons: the wet season between May and October with an average temperature of 86 degrees in July and August and the dry season between November and April with temperatures dropping to 68 degrees in February.

The rainy season starts in June and usually lasts until October - November. This season brings heavy but short rain showers, usually at the end of the day.
Temperatures are highest on the island during the late summer, with the highest temperatures found toward the eastern part of the island.

The water temperature here is a real delight for beach/goers, reaching around 86 degrees F during the hottest months and 75 in winter!

There can be a risk of hurricanes during the months of September and October, but they are considered by the islanders as a natural occurrence with controllable risks. The regions most commonly affected are Pinar del Rio, Isla de la Juventud and Havana.
