For requests concerning your booking, we invite you to contact our central office.

The travel memo received at the time of your purchase is used as an invoice/justification.  

However, if you wish to obtain a paid invoice:

  • provide all the information necessary for the issue of your invoice (surname, first name, booking number, flight number, date),
  • attach your travel memo or boarding pass,
  • attach a check for €10 payable to Air Caraïbes,
  • send it all by mail to the following address:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To obtain the requested document and have your insurance company reimburse you for the part not covered by Air Caraïbes, you must:

  • have previously cancelled your booking on 0820 835 835 835 (€0.12/min),
  • be in possession of a non-changeable, non-refundable ticket.

I would like to:

  • request an invoice or a charges invoice*,
  • request a certificate of cancellation,
  • request a refund for an Air Caraïbes booking (payment methods for your reservation: Debit or credit card / Paypal / check / cash)

    For your plane ticket purchases made by credit or debit card at Air Caraïbes points of sale (website www.aircaraibes.com, Air Caraïbes agency, Air Caraïbes Booking Centre), you can now request a refund or cancellation online.
    Simple and convenient, all you have to do is enter your name and booking (PNR) number. If the refund is authorized for the booked fare, you will be credited the refunded amount onto the credit or debit card used to make the booking.

Please note: for any refund, remember to click on "Upload" after selecting your document so that your attachment is taken into account.
