In this current context, we are putting in place and adapting exceptional measures in order to best meet your expectations for your travel.
In view of the current health situation, our company is extending its policy of relaxing its tariff conditions.

 If you have purchased a package/stay through a tour operator or your ticket through a travel agency, we invite you to contact your travel agency or tour operator.

 

1) YOU NO LONGER WISH TO/CAN'T TRAVEL


Postpone your trip with no change fee.
However, a possible fare readjustment may be requested if the original fare is no longer available.
Make changes to your flights online via the Manage My Reservations area or our mobile application. 
This modification also applies in the event of a change of route (for a change of date or destination).

IMPORTANT: the change request must be made at the earliest before the initial departure date, otherwise the ticket will be lost.

 
 

Demand a credit note valid for 1 year (from the date of issue) on our entire network for departures between March 4 and December 31, 2021 inclusive.You can use your credit in our Air Caraïbes points of sale or our reservation center. No service fee will be charged for your new reservation.
 

IMPORTANT: the credit request must be made as soon as possible and no later than 7 days before the initial departure date of the first flight. After this period, the credit cannot be obtained. 


 If at the end of this period the credit could not be used, you can ask for a refund.
 

 

Request a refund for travel between March 4, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (last departure).
If the fare conditions of your ticket do not allow a refund, you will receive a credit note valid for 1 year, which you can request to be refunded at any time during 1 year from its date of issue.

 IMPORTANT: the request for a refund must be made at least 7 days before the initial departure date of the first flight.
 


Please note that the service fees associated with the purchase of the ticket are not refundable.
 

2) YOUR FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

If your flight is canceled, you can choose between the measures indicated in point 1 above (modification without penalty or obtaining a credit note valid for 1 year), or the refund of your flight ticket.
