In this current context, we are putting in place and adapting exceptional measures in order to best meet your expectations for your travel.
In view of the current health situation, our company is extending its policy of relaxing its tariff conditions.

 If you have purchased a package/stay through a tour operator or your ticket through a travel agency, we invite you to contact your travel agency or tour operator.

1)    YOUR FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

 

Since your flight has been cancelled, you may choose to:
- modify your trip;
- request a refund of your ticket; 
- obtain a refundable credit note

 

 

 

 

2)    YOU ARE NO LONGER WILLING/ABLE TO TRAVEL

  • Ticket modification 
     
    • No modification fee but possible fare readjustment if initial fare not available. To modify : Manage my reservations or our mobile application.
    • Modification also applicable in case of change of date or destination.

 

  • Ticket refund
    • If the initial conditions of your ticket do not allow for a refund, you must first formulate your request for a credit note.
    • Once you have received this credit note, you can request a refund at any time within one year of the date of issue.
    • If your ticket is refundable (Full Flex), you can obtain a refund directly.

IMPORTANT: the request for modification or refund must be made at the latest before the initial departure date, otherwise the ticket will be lost.

If you no longer wish to travel, you can either: 

  • Change your ticket 
    • No modification fee but possible fare readjustment if initial fare not available. To modify : Manage my reservations or our mobile application.
    • Modification also applicable in the event of a change of route (for a change of date or destination).

 

  • Request a credit note 
    • For tickets that are normally non-refundable (Basic and Smart) you have the possibility to request a credit note (non-refundable) valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The credit note must be issued before the first flight.
    • For refundable tickets, the conditions of the ticket apply.

 

IMPORTANT: the request for a change or credit note must be made at the latest before the initial departure date, otherwise the ticket will be lost.
